"I grew up in an Italian household and, of course, there was always cooking and baking going on. It seems that I have loved cooking and baking since I can remember.  But through most of my life, I have only cooked and baked out of necessity.  Here I am, retired, and finally doing what I love to do the most and what I do best…dealing with foods. Some of my recipes are from my childhood and are quite unique and some I have put quite a twist on, i.e. I not only make normal size quiche, but also mini quiche, and multiple varieties.  I have the most popular American cookie, the chocolate chip and the most popular Italian cookie, the biscotti.  I make an American favorite dessert, the New York cheese cake and I make the Italian version, the Ricotta pie.  I try to keep my Italian heritage going and at the same time have favorite American choices.  So if you’re looking for American or Italian favorite foods or desserts, or you would like to place a special order, I’m you’re cook…after all “Cooking for You” is what I do !!" email: filomena1949@yahoo.com
